Marina's Story Posted Dec 11, 2007 I found the man of my dreams. We married a year later, then both decided to start a family right away. After trying to get pregnant for one year, I asked my husband to get his sperm tested. That is when we found out that he had azoospermia-ZERO sperm! After a testicle biopsy and many appointments with a urologist, we were told that my husband did not have any mature sperm. We were offered to try IVF-ICSI using his immature sperm cells but that was unsuccessful. A month later, my husband wanted us to try donor sperm. We wanted a child so bad that he was very open and willing to go ahead with process. Together we researched and chose our sperm donor. After an IVF cycle we became pregnant! And we have 10 extra embryos that are frozen in storage!!! My pregnancy was an exciting time for both of us. We were having our first baby together! 9 months later came our beautiful son. He has brought so much joy to our lives! I am so in love with him. He is the most beautiful little boy...I can't wait to try for our second and third baby!
